| Christmasy Shop Update |

 The shop has been updated with adorable ornaments made by my mum, who sells under the name From the Hands of the Farmer's Daughter. I've been bugging her to get a blog - isn't that a great blog name? She hand stitched every ornament with miniscule stitches and they are all made of wool felt. So beautiful the pictures don't do them justice! The happy part is, if they don't sell they get to stay on my tree, hehehe! Whoopee! Check it at Geek+Nerd Etsy.

This is my adorable husband, Matt, during a recent show with his band The Swaggerin' Growlers.
They have a really neat Irish folk punk sound - very unique! You can check out a couple of their Mp3's via MySpace page. They've been working very hard over the past year to get an album out, but circumstances beyond their control keep preventing
it from happening. They just started recording again today, at a new studio! Hopefully all will be well this time around. They are so talented and such fabulously fun live performers, I urge
you to check them out if you're in the New England area. If not, I guess you'll have to stand in the queue for the long awaited album. I'll be the first to let you know!
I'm so proud of my sweetie! Isn't he a cutie pie?

Livejournal, livejournal...oh livejournal I'm returning.
From henceforth I'll be copying all of my shop update entries over at Geek+Nerd Blog to here. I feel as though I dropped my livejournal friends like a hot potato and that's not very nice. I also want to continue sharing my crafty business ,Geek+Nerd, here. So look forward to future posts!
